November 8, 2004 - EAGLES NEST TO LAUNCH “CONTRACT DAYS”
Special Offering Provides a Priority Opportunity to Purchase a Custom Estate Lot
FOUNTAIN HILLS, Ariz. (Nov. 08, 2004) – To accommodate an overwhelming early response, Eagles Nest, the 244-custom lot community located northeast of Scottsdale, is releasing its first 55 homesites for purchase during “Contract Days” on Nov. 19 and 20.
Priced from $275,000 to $1.5 million, each of these homesites measures one acre or more in size, and most feature views of the Four Peaks, McDowells, as well as the Superstition, Goldfield and Mazatzal mountain ranges.
“Based on the tremendous interest in Eagles Nest, ‘Contract Days’ is an exclusive opportunity for prospective buyers to choose their custom lot,” said Greg Bielli, president of MCO Custom Properties, the developer of Eagles Nest. “We believe the two-day event is a fair way to ensure that the buyers will have priority selection.”
To attend “Contract Days,” prospects must call the MCO Custom Home Sales Center, register on the Eagles Nest Preferred Buyer list and then take a private tour of the 55 lots by Nov. 18. During the tour, homebuyers will have the opportunity to specify their first, second and third preferences for the custom lots that interest them most.
Starting Nov. 11, purchase contracts will be mailed and the interested prospects will be required to sign and return them, as well as place an earnest money deposit no later than Nov. 18. On Nov. 19 and 20, selected homesites will be awarded to the buyers.
“We anticipate a strong turnout, so it is necessary to respond quickly,” added Bielli.
