About The Developer
MCO Properties, the master developer of Fountain Hills, Arizona, has been actively involved in the development of master-planned communities throughout the southwestern United States for more than 40 years. Eagles Nest was designed and began development in 2004. The marketing and sales were managed in conjunction with their wholly owned real estate brokerage company – MCO Realty.
Known for its strategically planned, intimate neighborhoods, MCO Properties has played a vital role in the Arizona real estate development of Fountain Hills, creating many custom lot communities that carefully balance residential growth with the preservation of natural open space.
Today, MCO Realty, now owned by Steve Vargo, the designated broker throughout Eagles Nest history, and a new entity, MJFFH7, LLC, led by Steve Vargo, have purchased Eagles Nest to complete development, management, and sales of the remaining custom lots and undeveloped parcel.
